Heatmap study

Description

A “heat map study” involves examining the actual behavior of users on your website or store. We examine all key pages. The study includes:

• screenshots from desktop and mobile (with hot and cold areas)
• clicks (which elements have how many clicks)
• mouse movement (i.e., how users move around)
• scrolling (which sections are visible the longest and where users scroll to)
• video of user visits

This research is best conducted before performing UX audits, as it will allow you to obtain the best conclusions.

Completion time: 37 days (30 days for research, up to 7 days for processing results)
